قصة الفيلم
كونان و ران و فرقة المتحرين الصغار وآخرون يذهبون الى مملكة الثلوج
وفى وقت لاحق يتلقى محافظ طوكيو رسالة تهديد غامضة
وفى نفس اليوم ستنفجر قنبلة فى مترو الأنفاق الذى افتتح حديثا
وهدف المجرم هو الانتقام لدمار قرية صغيرة سابقا
وذلك بسبب السد الذي لم يحل بينها وبين الماء
فماذا سيحدث ؟
